THE 7 STEPS
OF THE BANK DOMICILIATION
1.Domiciliation request
Receiving of domiciliation request via the TTN system.
2.Verification
Verifying the content of the invoice and the NGP code.
3.Transmission
Transmission of the file to the Ministry of Trade when it comes to exporting products excluded from the system of export freedom.
7.Validation of domiciliation
Validation of domiciliation request (obtaining a reference number and a domiciliation date)
6.BCT agreement
Obtaining the agreement of the BCT.
5.Visa
Visa of the trade ministry
4.Verification of compliance
Ruling on the need for BCT approval in the event that the export includes clauses and conditions that does not comply with exchange regulations.
