Customs charge is meant the statements affixed or certified by the customs offices either on the green copy of the foreign trade document, or on any other document serving as or making out a separate entry certificate or via the integrated system for automated processing of foreign trade formalities. For the operation of the customs entry
At the port entrance, the exporter presents the following documents to the customs service
BAE with references and visas of customs services
Copy of the export invoice
The docking voucher validated by the stevedore
Road freight vehicle license
A copy of DDM
